Are your candles Vegan ?
Yes , Our candles uses soy wax which is sustainable and renewable,animal cruelty free , and eco-friendly.
Why is it important to trim the wicks?
Trimming the wicks will keep the candle burning without any black soot and it will give your candle a longer burn time.The wicks should be trimmed to a 1/4 inch every time before you light your candle. You can use a scissors, nail clipper, or candle wick cutters. Your best option is to use a candle wick cutter.
How long does it take to ship my order ?
Allow 1-2 days for processing and then 3-5 business days once the order has been shipped.
Do you offer local delivery ?
Yes , we offer local delivery 30 miles or less from the business address . Anywhere out of the 30 mile radius will have to have their order shipped and it has to be a large order.
Do you replace or refund for broken orders?
We make every effort to make sure our candles are wrapped to perfection for transportation but in an instance that this does happen . We require you to send photograph evidence of such damage to our customer service at Litaromas1@gmail.com.
