Return Policy

We have designed our candles to enrich your home and décor with an elegant aroma that will transform any room into a sensational experience. Please be assured that if, for any reason, you feel we have not met your expectations , within 7 days of receiving the order ,we will provide return shipping free of charge and provide you with a full refund if the product is unused and undamaged. Must be in re-sell condition!

Please email us at service.litaromas@gmail.com with your Order# and reason for refund request before returning any items.

Once we receive your return package, we will issue you a refund or store credit for the price of the products you returned (including tax, if any). Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you paid by credit card, we will charge-back the amount to your credit card.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. We will contact you via email to inform you that the refund has been issued.

 

AN ITEM THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED.

Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product only. Photo of the damaged item may be requested.

We require photo evidence of any issues with an order prior to issuing a exchange . Items that arrive broken will be exchange upon review of photo evidence.Just let us know within 7 days of receiving the order at: service.litaromas@gmail.com and we will provide you with a exchange for the broken product.
